Conference: International Cooperation under the European Convention on Human Rights

On October 15–16, 2026, the University of Liverpool will host a conference on “International Cooperation under the European Convention on Human Rights: Sources, Limits, and Enforceability of State Obligations.” Judge Mykola Gnatovskyy (European Court of Human Rights) will deliver the keynote speech. The conference will conclude with a plenary discussion featuring Judges Mykola Gnatovskyy and Vasilka Sancin (European Court of Human Rights).
