Seminar Materials: The Right to Strike under International Law

The Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security at York University recently hosted a seminar bringing together leading international labour law experts to examine whether the right to strike is protected under ILO Convention No. 87 — the question currently before the International Court of Justice.
