Call for Papers: IHL Beyond States: New Patterns, New Spaces, and New Actors in Armed Conflicts

A call for papers has been issued for a conference on "IHL Beyond States: New Patterns, New Spaces, and New Actors in Armed Conflicts," to take place October 16, 2026, at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Political Science. Topics include: The Globalization of Non-International Armed Conflicts; Civilian Protection at the Breaking Point; New Spaces of Conflict: From Cyberspace to the Global Commons; and New Actors in Armed Conflicts.
