Hilpold: Kosovo and International Law: The ICJ Advisory Opinion of 22 July 2010

Peter Hilpold (Univ. of Innsbruck - Law) has published Kosovo and International Law: The ICJ Advisory Opinion of 22 July 2010 (Martinus Nijhoff Publishers 2012). A number (though not all) of these essays were published in Hilpold's Das Kosovo-Gutachten des IGH vom 22. Juli 2010. Those essays that were previously published in German in that volume and that are reprinted here have been translated. Not all essays have been republished however. Contents include:
