Treaty Transmittal: Protocol Amending Tax Convention with New Zealand

On June 16th, the President transmitted to the Senate, for its advice and consent to ratification, the Protocol Amending the Convention between the United States of America and New Zealand for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion With Respect to Taxes on Income, signed on December 1, 2008, at Washington.
