Fiss, Moreno-Ocampo, & Martinez on International Courts

The current issue of the Boston Review (Vol. 32, no. 5, September-October 2007) includes a forum on "How Can International Courts Serve Justice?" Owen Fiss (Yale - Law) writes the lead essay Within Reach of the State: Prosecuting Atrocities in Africa, and Luis Moreno-Ocampo (Prosecutor, International Criminal Court) provides a response. Also included is Slave Trade on Fire by Jenny S. Martinez (Stanford - Law), which is an abbreviated version of her forthcoming Yale Law Journal article "Anti-Slavery Courts and the Dawn of International Human Rights Law" (see here).
