Treaty Transmittal: Protocols to the North Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of Albania and Croatia

Yesterday, the President transmitted to the Senate, for its advice and consent to ratification, the Protocols to the North Atlantic Treaty of 1949 on the Accession of the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Croatia, adopted at Brussels on July 9, 2008.
