Seminar: 70 years of the Geneva Conventions

To mark 70 years of the Four Geneva Conventions of 1949, Maynooth University Law Department and the Edward M Kennedy Institute for Conflict Intervention are convening a panel of experts to reflect on the treaties, and to evaluate their present and future challenges. The seminar will take place on April 8, 2019, in Maynooth University (National University of Ireland, Maynooth). The panel will consist of Marko Milanovic (Univ. of Nottingham), Noelle Quenivet (Univ. of the West of England) and Jerry Lane (Irish Defence Forces). Additional information is here.
