Christopher McCrudden (Queen's Univ. Belfast) has posted Human Rights Histories (Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, forthcoming) and Kenneth Roth (Human Rights Watch) has published The End of Human Rights? (New York Review of Books, Oct. 23, 2104, pp. 72-74). McCrudden's paper reviews Samuel Moyn's The Last Utopia: Human Rights in History and Roth's reviews Stephen Hopgood's The Endtimes of Human Rights and Barbara J.
