Surya Subedi (UN HRC Special Rapporteur on Cambodia; Univ. of Leeds - Law) will give a talk today at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law Friday Lunchtime Lecture Series on "The UN Human Rights Mandate in Cambodia: The Challenges of a Country in Transition."
