Update: International Law Commission
The fifty-ninth session of the International Law Commission commenced on May 7 and will continue until August 10, with a break between June 8 and July 9. A number of topics are on the Commission's agenda: shared natural resources; responsibility of international organizations; reservations to treaties; effects of armed conflicts on treaties; the obligation to extradite or prosecute (aut dedere aut judicare); and expulsion of aliens. The Commission has considered, to date, reservations to treaties and shared natural resources. Session documents, including reports of the Commission's special rapporteurs, are available here.
