Today through Saturday, the Society of International Economic Law will hold its second biennial global conference in Barcelona. The conference is being hosted by the University of Barcelona and its IELPO Programme. I noted the call for papers previously. The program is here. Many of the papers have been posted here. The van Aaken paper in the previous post will be presented at this conference. I will post on some other papers, as well, in the coming days.
