ICTY/ICTR: Joint Completion Strategy Briefing of the Security Council

Yesterday, December 10, the Presidents and Prosecutors of the ICTY and the ICTR briefed the Security Council on their respective completion strategies, pursuant to resolution 1534 (2004).
