Sixth Committee: Week in Review

The Sixth Committee of the UN General Assembly focused this week on the Annual Report of the International Law Commission. On Friday, Judge Rosalyn Higgins, President of the International Court of Justice, addressed the Committee, her third speech at the United Nations in five days.
