
Today, the
Special Working Group on the Crime of Aggression of the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court begins a four-day intersessional meeting. This is the fourth such meeting in as many years hosted by the
Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School. The program is

paper, which was submitted to the resumed fifth session of the Assembly of States Parties in January.
