Call for Papers: Customary IHL: Revisiting the ICRC's Study at 20 (Young Researchers)

The Institute for International Peace and Security Law (Universität zu Köln) and the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (Ruhr-Universität Bochum) have issued a call for papers directed at young researchers for a workshop on "Customary IHL: Revisiting the ICRC's Study at 20," to take place in Bochum in July or September 2025.
