Call for Papers: Workshop to Mark Judge Giorgio Gaja’s Retirement from the ICJ (Early Career Researchers)
A call for papers has been issued for an in-person workshop on June 10, 2022, to mark Judge Giorgio Gaja’s retirement from the International Court of Justice. The workshop is for early career researchers, including doctoral students and independent researchers, working on topics and themes addressed by Judge Gaja in his career as an academic and judge. These topics and themes may include, amongst others, the law of treaties, international institutional law, the protection of community interests, international responsibility, jurisdictional immunities, and international dispute settlement.
