In A Multifaceted Approach to Trade Liberalisation and Investment Protection in the Energy Sector, Elena Cima and Makane Moïse Mbengue bring together leading academics and practitioners to discuss the most significant challenges faced by trade liberalization and investment protection in the energy sector.
