Treaty Transmittal: Agreement on Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels

On Friday, the President transmitted to the Senate, for its advice and consent to ratification, the Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels, done at Canberra on June 19, 2001. The transmittal package (Treaty Doc. 110-22) is here. The Agreement, which entered into force on February 1, 2004, was adopted pursuant to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals.
