Conference: The Scope of Litigation under the UNCLOS

On November 21-22, 2024, the Judicial Jurisdiction Project – a joint project of the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea and the Utrecht University Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law at Utrecht University School of Law – will host a conference on “The Scope of Litigation under the UNCLOS – Where Are We Now and Where May We Be Going?,” in Utrecht.
