Call for Submissions: Force Majeure etc.

Transnational Dispute Management has issued a call for submissions for article proposals related to legal doctrines, such as force majeure, changes in circumstances, hardship, impracticality, impossibility, frustration, and the like, that are implicated as a result of the numerous cancellations, suspensions, and performance challenges in international transactions stemming from the spread of COVID-19.
