Symposium: Nuclear Weapons and International Law: A Nuclear Nonproliferation Regime for the 21st Century

The Fordham International Law Journal will host a symposium on "Nuclear Weapons and International Law: A Nuclear Nonproliferation Regime for the 21st Century," February 25, 2010, in New York City. Topics will include: The 2010 Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference; International Law and the Nuclear Deterrent; Nuclear Weapons Policies and Practices of Today’s Nuclear Weapons States; Proliferation Threats in North Korea, Iran, and Syria; The Obama Administration’s Nuclear Posture Review; and Nuclear Deterrence in the Age of Al-Qaeda and “Rogue” States.
