Treaty Transmittal: Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support

Yesterday, the President transmitted to the Senate, for its advice and consent to ratification, the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, adopted at The Hague on November 23, 2007. The United States signed the Convention upon its adoption. The transmittal package (Treaty Doc. 110-21) is here.
