SFRC: Hearing on the International Convention Against Doping in Sport
This morning, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee held a hearing on the International Convention Against Doping in Sport (Treaty Doc. 110-14). Witnesses included: Scott M. Burns (Deputy Director, Office of National Drug Control Policy, Executive Office of the President); Joan Donoghue (Principal Deputy Legal Adviser, Department of State); Jair K.
