Treaty Transmittals: Marine Pollution Convention Protocol and Nuclear Material Convention Amendment

Yesterday, September 4, the President transmitted two treaties to the Senate for its advice and consent to ratification:

• the 1996 Protocol to [the] Convention on Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes (Treaty Doc. No. 110-5); and
• the Amendment to [the] Convention on Physical Protection of Nuclear Material (Treaty Doc. No. 110-6).
