The Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions at the University of Haifa's Faculty of Law and School of Environmental Sciences, in collaboration with the Institute of Law and Technology at Masaryk University, have issued a call for papers for a workshop on "Balancing Contradicting Human Rights Obligations in Armed Conflicts and Counter Terrorism," to take place December 2-4, 2024, in Prague.
